Laser Treatments 

Harmony Photorejuvenation 

Using Intense Pulsed Light with AFT technology, Harmony treatments can help correct a variety of facial imperfections such as skin discoloration, pigmentation, sun damaged skin, age spots and freckles.  Harmony AFT Photo rejuvenation is non-invasive and can help to erase skin damage without disruption of the skin’s surface, hence no “downtime”. Depending on the individual concern a series of five or six treatment sessions may be recommended. Each treatment takes about 20 minutes.

The Harmony Laser can be used for permanent reduction of:

• Sun spots
• Leg veins
• Liver spots
• Broken face capillaries and general redness of face or neck 
• Skin Blemishing 

Laser hair reduction 

A relatively painless solution for hair removal using intense pulsed light energy.   We can gently treat hair in sensitive areas such as the lip or nipples while maintaining a healthy, normal appearance of the surrounding tissue.

The number of treatments you may require for long-term benefits depends on the area to be treated.

Erbium Facial Laser resurfacing

Normal ageing, sun damage and smoking all contribute to the lines on faces. When these are not successfully treated long term with other methods laser resurfacing can be of benefit. A laser is used to remove the top layers of skin under local anaesthetic, which requires about 10 days off work. The skin is smoother and continues to improve for up to 6 months. The pink or reddish colour can take some time to settle. Whilst it does have a significant recovery time and some risks are associated with this technique, it still produces the best results for acne scarring and sun damaged skin.

Laser Genesis

Laser Genesis is an advanced, non-invasive skin therapy, designed to leave your skin looking vibrant & healthy, whilst also treating the signs of ageing, such as: sun damage, excessive redness, large pores, uneven texture, reduction of scars and even reducing fine lines by promoting new collagen regrowth.

Reduction of Facial Veins 

Broken blood vessels on the face can be both annoying and embarassing, but are unfortunately very much a part of the Australian face and due to years of sun exposure, especially in people with fair skin or a hereditary predisposition.

The Harmony laser available at Ashbrooke can remove these spider veins, without noticeable bruising. The Harmony can also dramatically reduce any overall redness of the face.

In addition, for those people with neck and upper chest redness and blotchiness, from sun exposure, a marked improvement can be achieved with several simple treatment sessions.
